Certification Process
Step 1: Fill Out Our Enquiry Form
Tell us a bit about your business so we can determine whether you're a good fit for certification and give you a fair quote based on your size and complexity.
Step 2: We’ll be in Touch With a Quote
We’ll review your enquiry and send you a personalised quote based on your annual revenue. If you’re a start-up or small business, you may be eligible for a discounted rate.
Step 3: Complete Our Full Online Assessment
We’ll send you our full assessment form to submit your answers and evidence. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process.
Step 4: Review
Our team will carefully assess your submission, review your evidence, and follow up with any questions if needed. We aim to keep this process collaborative, not intimidating.
Step 5: Result
If you meet the criteria, you’ll receive Green Pledge certification, including the badge, a place in our public Brand Directory, and a certification pack. If you don’t pass, we’ll provide feedback and offer a free resubmission window.
